If you are experiencing technical difficulties with our products, we strongly recommend contacting our technical support team at tec@joyeauto.com before initiating a return, as most issues can be resolved through firmware updates or installation guidance.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging with all supplied cables, tools, and manuals included.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (order number).
3. Return Process
- Contact Support: Email tec@joyeauto.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Please include photos or videos if the product is defective.
- Authorization: Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address (our facility in Shenzhen, China).
- Ship the Item: Use a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without a tracking number.
4. Shipping Costs
- Defective Items: If the product is confirmed to be defective or the wrong item was sent, Joyeauto will cover the return shipping costs or provide a prepaid label.
- Non-Defective Returns: For returns due to “change of mind,” “ordered by mistake,” or “incompatibility due to unverified vehicle model,” the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (PayPal, Credit Card, etc.) within 5-7 business days.
- Partial Refunds: We reserve the right to grant only partial refunds for items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
6. Warranty & Technical Support
If your product develops a fault after the 30-day return window but within the 1-year warranty period, please contact tec@joyeauto.com. We will offer repair services, replacement parts, or a replacement unit depending on the situation.
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@joyeauto.com.
