  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during New Year sales or promotional events), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your package directly on our website or via the carrier’s portal.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Joyeauto (joyeauto.com) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

  • For customers in the EU/UK, please note that VAT may be collected at checkout or upon arrival depending on local regulations.

5. Damages & Missing Packages

  • If you receive your order damaged, please contact our technical support team at tec@joyeauto.com immediately.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
  • We recommend taking a short video or photos of the unboxing process if the package appears tampered with.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

We are not responsible for lost packages if the shipping address provided during the checkout process is incorrect or incomplete. Please double-check your address before finalizing your order. If you notice an error, contact sales@joyeauto.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

7. Restricted Shipping Regions

Currently, we ship to most countries worldwide. If we are unable to ship to your specific location, our team will contact you to cancel the order and provide a full refund.
