Please use a USB flash drive smaller than 16G and in FAT32 format for system update:
Step One: Copy the update file to a USB drive smaller than 16GB. Format the USB drive as FAT32.
Step Two: Insert the USB drive into your device’s USB port. Tap “Settings,” then “System Update.” You can download and watch a video tutorial.
